Easy service. Pay with cash, small change appreciated. €7 wash with soap provided and €6 for drying. We were in and out in a bit over an hour and had the best waiting view of any laundromat in the bar opposite.

I have stayed in praiano now 4 times over the years, and never found someone as purposely rude as the person who runs this store. After calling ahead to ensure we could wash our clothes, we arrived before 11am as instructed, and were told they were full for the day. We had called to verify only 30 minutes before. The woman said “we close at 1, go to positano (which we cannot do without a car). We dragged a full suitcase up the hill to be met with this. I’m more frustrated at how incredibly rude the woman was and how out of character it is for this friendly town. You should definitely not bring your things here.

These people do not care about their customers. We called the phone number posted on the door at this location in Praiano. The person on the phone told us to come at 11am. They said they were open until 7pm and only closed for a break for lunch.

We drug our bags and clothes up a hill and arrived before 11am, as instructed. Once we arrived we were told they were full and closed at 1pm. They were rude and turned us away.

I explained the phone call and even offered to pay extra money. Apparently, the phone number which is posted on their door and painted into the sign in Praiano sends calls to their location in Positano.

They rudely told us to goto Positano which is not close at all. You can tell a lot about a business based on how they handle a situation. A decent business operator would have make some type of accommodation to fix their error instead of blaming the customer and being rude.

Absolutely ridiculous that they wouldn’t have let someone know that who called in.

I feel like these people clearly do not care about their customers at all. I was already concerned about a recent review I saw from another customer who said they shrunk his clothes. Now I understand how this could happen. I would not trust these people with my clothes.

You are going to feel like an inconvenience to this business. We showed up at 11:30 and she turned us away even tho it was closed at 1 and said 1 hour to wash and dry.

Very helpful - 6€ to wash (we had our own detergent), and 6€ to dry. As noted by another post, she closes at 1 pm; expect it to take just shy of 1 hr and 45 minutes for both wash and dry (depending on wash temp).

Estragaram todas as minhas roupas. Simplesmente secaram sem nenhum cuidado e a maioria encolheu, além de mancharem uma peça branca. Péssimo serviço por 25 euros

Best laundry in town. Good price and helpful. Just don’t turn up after midday as they close at 1pm. You can get a beer in the sun across the street while you wait too.

22 Euro per load no matter how big or small. 66 euro for 3 loads. She was in a bad mood. She might prefer you go somewhere else.
