Incredibly kind and intelligent doctor who, while blunt, knows what he's talking about. Helped me with an injury from work and did surgery on my injured hand as well. He was very thorough on the process before and after surgery as well as with the recovery process. He's fantastic, I 100% recommend him.

Heard Dr Halperin treating other patients like a complete jerk and from the minute he entered the room, he was confrontational and bad energy. I had my son’s service dog who is handled by me with me and was questioned from second one. When I informed him I was the certified handler and advised of his tasks, I was contested on every point and later informed not to bring him with me ever again. The dog laid still the entire time he was there and has been trained since birth and has been active as a medical service dog for years. When I told him I had some relief from tuning fork treatments with my wrist, he acted like he was interested and then, upon a brief summation, looked at me like I was crazy. It was clear he never truly cared to know. The fact he was completely blind to this type of therapy spoke volumes. He then demanded I look him in the eye during the examination as he sat a foot from my face. I felt very uncomfortable. When my symptoms didn’t fit his diagnosis, he simply said so and didn’t seem to care about the actual cause. He then went right to pills, injections, and surgery. I declined any further treatment and will not be going back. All of this after waiting for an hour and a half for this nonsense.

I had positive experiences interacting & being treated by Dr. Halperin & his team during my initial appointment, all through the surgical procedure & throughout my follow-up appointments. He explains every step of treatment including visuals to insure his patient is well-informed & understands the process completely. He & his team are friendly, compassionate, professional & efficient and display a genuine concern for the well-being of their patients.

I absolutely can't say enough good things about Dr. Halperin and his staff. He went out of his way to take on my case. Surgery went well and I'm healing great! His staff is amazing! They are kind, follow through on call backs, and it is a warm, family-type atmosphere in the office.

Dr. Lawrence Halperin is the best!! I have been seeing him for steroid shots for arthritis in my hand (not lots of fun), but he makes the whole procedure as enjoyable as possible. I like the way he explains everything he does, and he always encourages me to ask questions until I completely understand my diagnosis and options. Since my arthritis will never go away, I am glad to have a physician whom I can trust to treat me. His staff is also outstanding - friendly, efficient and fun to work with. I would highly recommend Dr. Halperin and the Lake Mary staff for anyone who needs their services.
